Understanding Engage’s Admin Page

What is the Admin Page?

Engage’s Admin Page is where you can view and manage all of the components of your Engage experience. This includes:

  • Viewing your connected Accounts for receiving inbound messages.
  • Viewing/Managing Tags
  • Viewing/Managing Protocols
  • Viewing/Managing Data Fields
  • Accessing your Engage Inbox Settings, like the Shared Queue mode
  • Viewing/Managing Team Alerts

How Do I Get to the Engage Admin Page?

To view the Admin Page, simply click on your profile icon in the upper right-hand corner to access the System Menu. Then click the ‘ADMIN’ option from the dropdown menu.
