How to Use Bulk Actions in Create’s Content Page#

Why Would I Use Bulk Actions?#

Bulk Actions are great for speeding up your content logistics workflow. For example, instead of assigning Content Drafts one-by-one, you’re able to mass assign them to one or more of your team members.

NOTE: Currently, Bulk Actions do not send mass email notifications to users to avoid spamming their inbox. If you want to alert your team member(s) that they have had multiple drafts assigned to them, @ mention them in a comment within one of the drafts letting them know! However, users should still receive a general alert that drafts are assigned to them.

What Bulk Actions are Available?#

There are a few bulk action options available:

• Assign to: Allows you to assign/un-assign multiple drafts to one or more users.
• Set Status: Allows you to change the status of multiple drafts at once.
