Getting Started with Create

Welcome to DGTL Create#

Create, What is it?#

Create is the DGTLsuite’s content logistics and management platform. In Create, you can collaborate with your team to plan and approve monthly content, schedule content easily, and manage your workflows so that content is always perfect and on time!

Navigating Create#

On the left side of your screen is the NAVIGATION MENU. Each icon within your menu will direct you to a different page of Create.

• Calendar - Displays your drafts in a calendar format
• Content - Displays your drafts in a list format
• Schedule - Displays your drafts in a calendar format that are ready for scheduling
• Library - Your built-in asset library to store/view/manage all files
• Admin - Where you can manage Create workflow settings

Clicking on the 3 lines in the upper left-hand corner will expand or collapse your NAVIGATION MENU.

Create’s Action Buttons#

Above the NAVIGATION MENU on the left, there are two blue buttons available for quick actions:

• Create Draft Button: Makes a new draft in Create. Clicking this will launch the Draft creation form(s). Best for planning content in advance.

• Instant Post Button: Marked with a lightning bolt icon. Clicking this will launch the simplified Instant Post form. Best for instant social media publishing on a single platform.
