How Do I Add a User to My Subscription?

Adding another team member to your DGTLsuite experience is a simple and straightforward process.

If you know you have available (empty) seats within your subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to DGTL Account
  2. Click on the ‘Your Team’ tab from the menu on the left
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of your user list and click the ‘+ Add User’ option
  4. Provide the new user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email
    1. Note: The email associated with this user will also be a part their login information and the email where notifications will be sent
  5. Grant the new user the permission set you want them to have
  6. Click ‘SEND INVITE’. This will send an invitation to join your DGTLsuite organization to their email.

If you need to purchase additional seats for your subscription, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to DGTL Account
  2. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab from the menu on the left
  3. Click either the ‘Manage seats’ option beneath your ‘Current Monthly Bill’ OR click ‘Add Seats’ underneath your ‘Current Plan’.

How Do I View How Many User Seats I Have in My Subscription?

To view how many user seats you have used up within your DGTLsuite subscription:

  1. Navigate to DGTL Account
  2. Click on the ‘Your Team’ tab from the menu on the left
  3. Here you’ll see how many users are in your account alongside each user’s granted permissions.
