How Do I Add a User to My Subscription?#
Adding another team member to your DGTLsuite experience is a simple and straightforward process.
If you know you have available (empty) seats within your subscription, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to DGTL Account
- Click on the ‘Your Team’ tab from the menu on the left
- Scroll down to the bottom of your user list and click the ‘+ Add User’ option
- Provide the new user’s First Name, Last Name, and Email
- Note: The email associated with this user will also be a part their login information and the email where notifications will be sent
- Grant the new user the permission set you want them to have
- Click ‘SEND INVITE’. This will send an invitation to join your DGTLsuite organization to their email.
If you need to purchase additional seats for your subscription, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to DGTL Account
- Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab from the menu on the left
- Click either the ‘Manage seats’ option beneath your ‘Current Monthly Bill’ OR click ‘Add Seats’ underneath your ‘Current Plan’.
How Do I View How Many User Seats I Have in My Subscription?#
To view how many user seats you have used up within your DGTLsuite subscription:
- Navigate to DGTL Account
- Click on the ‘Your Team’ tab from the menu on the left
- Here you’ll see how many users are in your account alongside each user’s granted permissions.
